This 12-week program is designed to help you reach your goals, whether you're a beginner or a professional. Each week, we'll be adding weights and try to maintain the reps and sets given for each muscle group or exercise so that you can see progress over time.
For every muscle group and exercise, I've provided a video that shows the anatomy of the muscles being trained, as well as the number of sets and reps. To get the most out of each workout, make sure to scroll down and check out the notes that have further advice and tips, as well as the benefits that each exercise will bring.
Now let's get started on this 12-week journey! Our first week will be focusing on trying these exercises. Lift what is comfortable for you for the required reps and sets. Training 5 days on and 2 days off.
Add 5 kg each time you come back until you can't hit the number of reps per set anymore. Each set is Maximum effort. As soon as you're able to hit the given reps then start adding 2kg. This is what we call progressive overload. I recommend you come with pen and paper so you can track your progress, I Recommend to avoid taking notes on the phone to avoid getting distracted.
Finally, have fun with it! You never know what you might discover in the process, like a newfound strength, your happy place like King Adir or motivation that you didn't have before. So let's get started and take a step closer to reaching your fitness goals today.
